COnservation efforts

Nestled within a forest of Piñon Junipers, the Santa Fe Botanical Garden stands as a beacon of environmental stewardship and preservation. Embracing its symbiotic relationship with the surrounding habitat, the garden tends to the Juniper forest, recognizing its vital role as the sanctuary of the dwindling, native New Mexico Pinon Jay. With a commitment to harmony with nature, the garden integrates Eco-friendly structures that coexist with the unique wildlife of the region, fostering a nurturing environment.
